Abstract
This article deals with the teaching styles of differential equations teachers. The research was projective descriptive, with a longitudinal design. A questionnaire-type information collection instrument was used. The population consists of subjects, who are teachers of differential equations. The results reveal that the teaching styles play a very important role in the teaching and learning processes of differential equations, the teaching styles were analyzed from the traditional and constructivist approaches, in which the role of the student can be passive or protagonist. in their learning and that of the teacher as a center for the transmission of knowledge or a counselor to pose challenges for learning.
