Este artículo analiza el tiempo histórico de la confederación bolivariana, a la luz de la pervivencia y simultaneidad de soberanías que movilizaban intereses diversos entre dos concepciones de gobierno representativo y confederativo. En este multidimensional escenario, al amalgamarse las facciones unitarias y federales con los liberalismo, la unidad impuesta entre pueblos para instituir el Estado unitario colombiano, debió ceder a los poderes soberanos en y entre Estados federados

ABSTRACS

This article reviews the historical time of Bolivarian confederation, to the light of continuityand simultaneousness of sovereignty that moved various interests regarding the conceptionof representative and confederative governments. In this multidimensional scene when theunited and federal features come together with liberalism, the imposed unity amongst peopleto establish the Colombian unitary state, must have assigned to sovereign powers within andamong federate states.
