Abstract
RESUMEN
La libertad religiosa es un derecho fundamental, que se refiere a la opción que tiene cada ser humano de elegir
libremente su religión, de no elegir ninguna, o de no creer o validar la existencia de un Dios (ateísmo y agnosticismo) y poder ejercer dicha creencia públicamente, sin ser víctima de opresión, discriminación o intento de
cambiarla.
Con el presente artículo no pretende traer nada nuevo, todo lo que mencionare creo que ya ha sido escrito, más solo pretendo brindar algunos alcances del tratamiento del derecho fundamental a la libertad de religión en el Perú, así como en las Leyes Fundamentales de algunos países de América Latina.

ABSTRACT
Religious freedom is a fundamental right, which refers to the option of every human being to freely choose their
religion, to choose no, or not to believe or validate the existence of a God (atheism and agnosticism) and to carry on
that belief publicly, without being a victim of oppression, discrimination, or attempt to change it.
