The methodological process has a qualitative approach because it refers to the perception of subjects and the description of characteristics in history, that is, descriptive means are used to help respond to an existing problem, so much so that it is possible to establish in detail about the procedures for the effectiveness and guarantee of fundamental rights, especially the positions and decisions of judges, for the resolution of legal conflicts through artificial intelligence; As techniques, an interview instrument is developed, which is applied in person and virtually, which leads to the conclusion that technologies can be used at the same level of protection as professional ethics.
