Abstract
Society advances by leaps and bounds and problems also evolve, today we are facing the virtuality that has intruded into our latent reality, to such a level that it is already part of our lives. Just as it is used for beneficial purposes, it has been used for malicious purposes, such as this new type of violence against women, digital gender violence. This research aims to reflect and understand the development of this new type of gender violence, through objectives such as describing digital gender violence from its different forms, as well as identifying the regulatory framework of this matter, under a type of qualitative and socio-legal research, with a descriptive approach.
