Abstract
Labor relations have existed since ancient times and without a doubt, throughout history, the struggle for the vindication of workers' rights has been presented. It is in the Industrial Revolution where we begin to talk about labor rights, offering a series of guarantees that seek to safeguard the worker from the so-called «Wild Capitalism», it is in this context where the line of a before and after relationships is drawn labor, creating minimum measures that respond to and guarantee the fundamental rights of the part considered weakest in the labor-management relationship. The face-to-face mode is one where employers and workers provide a service at the company's facilities. It is necessary to highlight that this type of work is progressively detrimental, because it implies a greater expense for the company, contrary to the sensu, remote work has been implemented in large corporations with their employees, thanks to its flexibility and versatility in terms of to the workplace, which can be anywhere except the office and the worker's hours, where in most cases there are no defined schedules but tasks or objectives to be met. Therefore, its analysis generates special relevance in a context where all the factors indicate that this modality will persist. In that order of ideas, it is vitally important that employers guarantee adequate conditions for the worker to carry out their work at home, taking into account that the health of the employee must always be a priority in the development of their activities, much more so in the situation in the country. Faced with the coronavirus, the employee must also receive instructions on prevention and frequent verification of their health status. Hand in hand with the ARL, the employer must carry out an essential and virtual recognition of the working conditions of the person at home, provide the tools and information for the care of the physical and psychosocial health of the worker, if not, the working population will suffer a loss in their health, in their work, family and social life. Our objective is to describe what are the measures implemented by employers and ARLs to guarantee adequate conditions in the execution of work at home. This work is justified, due to the special relevance that allows observing the management and effectiveness of the work at home modality in comparison with other work modalities from the workers' perspective, in a panorama of uncertainty generated by the Covid-19 pandemic. 19. Likewise, the methodology used is the following, the implemented paradigm is the analytical empirical one; As a quantitative approach; as the deductive method; as type the descriptive; As a technique, the survey and finally the population is intentional, because they are the workers who have adopted the modality of work at home.
