Abstract
La sentencia anticipada en el Código General del Proceso se establece como mecanismo ocasional para una pronta solución a los conflictos que congestionan los despachos judiciales en Colombia.
La figura de la sentencia anticipada realmente no es una innovación como tal, pues, como podrá verse, tiene antecedentes no sólo en el ámbito local, sino internacional.
Esta modalidad de sentencia siempre ha propendido por una temprana administración de justicia y como alternativa para combatir la congestión judicial que agobia a todos los actores del conflicto, esta vez con el ingrediente extra del uso de la tecnología.

ABSTRACT
The anticipated sentence in the General Code of Process, occasional mechanism is set for an early solution to the conflicts in the judicial offices in Colombia.
The figure of the anticipated sentence is not really an innovation as such, since, as will be seen, has a history not only locally, but internationally.
This type of sentence has always tended by an early administration of justice and as a mechanism to combat judicial congestion that plagues all actors in the conflict, this time with the extra ingredient of the use of technology.
