LEGEM is an Open Access publication, which allows anyone to consult and verify the text without any limitation or cost, if the reader has any questions about the article, doubts, comments and suggestions, they will be answered through the email legem @ mail .uniatlantico.edu.co and in the event of an error or ethical inconvenience, the corresponding correction or retraction process will begin, using the recommended protocols defined by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). for the identification of the conduct or bad practice found.

Through the figure of retraction of articles, LEGEM has the right to inform and / or alert the scientific community and readers in general about voluntary or involuntary errors committed in its publications, as well as evident fraud committed by the authors of the articles. LEGEM will make the retraction by means of an errata that will be made public in subsequent editions.
