ABSTRACT
The analysis of the concept of development is rooted in biology. By analogy dissections are aimed at understanding how growth of a fertilized egg involves development with all its potential, expressed in a higher being. Unfortunately not all economic growth meets the requirements for social development, while the distribution, often does not meet the needs of the unredeemed of a country. Nature has always served as a model to man to justify their theoretical base budgets. However, aspects that maim curtails the essence of their claims. The problem is not limited only to grow, but understand that multiply and generate growth transformation. This is what happens with the economic theory of spill makes one sided an aspect of development and thus distorts what he wants to explain.
