Abstract
The following essay seeks to commemorate the bicentenary of the death of the Precursor Francisco de Miranda happened in the city of Cadiz, Spain, July 14, 1816. The text develops from a new interpretation of the oil of qualified Arturo Michelena Miranda in La Carraca, identical with 1896, and doing a critique to the reading that Juan Calzadilla does on this great work. From this work a series of analysis develops and think both historical and philosophical, in that one wants to discover a Miranda human and defeated by the adversities, sustained in the theory of the daily life of Berger and Luckman, as bases for the comprehension of the historical events that are forged by categories as the expectation, the wait, the look, to be hanging, and the new one the one that has been named a tenuous light. Though one tries to show to a Miranda myth recovered of the oblivion, the historical Miranda, the royal one, the antimicheleano receives life and importance, and is achieved to border with a hero who turns into myth as different so many people, with the aim to forge nationalism so necessary to give him solidity to the South American nations.
