General considerations about the didactics of the dramatic genre: some theoretical notes for its systematization

Abstract
The teaching of drama contributes to the formation of the reader´s personality, to the understanding of his human condition and in the social aspect it is an experience that allows discovering man´s inner life. According to the significance, enjoyment and advantage of dramatic literary works, reading them could probably become a liberating activity of the human beings. That is why the interest and concern about the teaching of drama a have been the target of numerous researchers, specialists and teachers of all levels. In the last decades new theoretical approaches about the teaching of dramatic literary works have emerged. Never the less, the didactics of literature has not advanced at the same rate regarding the teaching of their type of literary works, hence the need to consider restating other ways of approaching the teaching and learning of drama.
