Critical reading of Cartagena Manifesto from the perspective of the emerging leadership

Abstract
This work brings together the most contrasting aspects of the Manifesto of Cartagena, which as document originating from Simon Bolivar, delineates with interest lead a process to warn the New Granada of the causes that led to the collapse of the first republic in Venezuela. A categorial analysis
by revised paragraphs in order to cite central ideas associated with the types and styles of leadership, and the types of leader. The categories are grouped, interpreted, and represented them through documentary route. The types founds of leadership are military and situational, explanatory style, and technical and moral leader types, among other features found.
