The advent of economic openness and the globalization of the economy open the doors to a global market, changing and increasingly demanding, but which in turn depended on transport systems as a key tool for distribution and cost. Likewise, on many occasions the transport companies were developing the activity to the extent that the market was more demanding for the mobility of goods in the world.
