Synopsis

The Institutions that provide health services seek to improve the care they provide to their patients. Hospital administrators, clinic managers or health entities need to know tools that are useful to support the decision-making process for their processes. Health service institutions are organizations that carry out various processes that can be analyzed with methodologies developed in engineering. Proper decision-making in health entities can lead to maintaining good quality standards and improvements in the level of service for their patients. Thus, engineering knowledge can serve as support for health institutions to analyze situations that can be evaluated before their implementation.
