Formulation and approval of development plans in Educational Institutions Superior in Colombia

Historically, universities have carried out strategic planning processes in the academic or financial field; However, with the modernization of the State and the incorporation of new technologies, the procedures to be followed have had to be renewed, especially those that concern the formulation and approval of the Development Plans (PDD), this to generate updated strategies and in total integration with today's reality.
