The result was the social need in which these populations are immersed, requiring state intervention to mitigate misinformation and safeguard the principle of inclusion in the labor and educational environment of these populations. Concluding that in the educational and labor sectors remains discrimination by society, in addition, the lack of knowledge of the norm and exploitation of third parties cause confusion in these populations, which allows a series of events further increasing the inequality gap in the city of Cúcuta.
