Abstract

The concept of digroup has been proposed as an extension of continuous groups whose tangent space is a Leibniz algebra. In this paper we study a generalization of the digroup structure in which we don't require bilateral inverses. We characterize a generalized digroup as an union of groups and as a direct product. Besides, we explore algebraic properties of group type.
