Abstract
100 years later two architectural events continue to illuminate the future of what should be the scenic architecture service of the performance that it hosts. This article takes a look at the first quarter of the 20th century regarding the inquiries in the search for a theatrical building for the future, Staying in a special way at 2 of the most important architectural events in the world of the contemporary scene; The New Meyerhold Theater and Walter Gropius’s Total Theater.
