Propiedades físicas de nidos de Acromyrmex rugosus y su efecto sobre el crecimiento de Zea mays L

Sinopsis

Con el presente trabajo se obtuvieron los valores promedios de las variables físicas y químicas en el área de estudio para los nidos de A. rugosus. Adicionalmente, se estudió el aporte de información sobre cómo el suelo de las estructuras biogénicas de esta hormiga favoreció el crecimiento de maíz, es decir, Zea mays L., reconociendo de esta manera que aportan una variedad de nutrientes al suelo. Para ejecutar la investigación se ubicaron diez nidos aleatoriamente, caracterizados en función de su área total externa (m2); se tomaron muestras de suelo y se le realizaron análisis químicos y físicos In Vitro, los parámetros físicos que se analizaron fueron humedad de suelo, temperatura y humedad ambiente y textura del suelo
