Sinopsis

La educación del profesorado es un campo de investigación y reflexión para estimar la calidad e impacto de las experiencias de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la educación superior. En este sentido, el conocimiento,al igual que las acciones de los docentes y sus efectos observables, tales como la planificación, la toma de decisiones y los procesos de pensamiento, entre otros, fundamentan tanto la investigación de la enseñanza como la política educativa (Clark y Peterson, 1986; Fenstermacher, 1994; Darling-Hammond, 2016). Por su parte, los docentesen formación poseen creencias, percepciones y expectativas respecto de los métodos de enseñanza que reciben, esto incide en las interacciones con sus pares y docentes en las aulas de clase, razón por la cual han sido objeto de indagación.
